CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: May 12th 2025This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. Customer agrees to do full payment after the sketch has been approved that being provided by The Seller after the order has been made.2. The Seller will provide the paypal.me link to the customer for total of the price based on the order; there's no invoice in the making during the transaction segment.3. Payment has to be done within 48 hours after the approval of the sketch otherwise said order will be deleted from the queue and customer can no longer order unless they wish it to be continued but agree for said order to be in the back of the queue.4. The Seller has to recieved the full payment within that time of deadline before the work commences passed the sketch phase.5. Customer is not allowed to do split payment in any way unless state otherwise. No matter what the full payment has to be paid immediately.PRODUCT DELIVERY
6. During sketch phase, Seller shall provide the sketch directly to the customer with the watermark form in order to protect against the usage of the sketch by the customer.7. Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally to email address provided by Customer, Seller will notify them when the email of the final product being sent out. Seller also has the rights to use the order as their portfolio or post in social media.8. Customer will recieve the final product in a standard HD resolution but the size may vary from product to product. Standard size wise it is at least 5000 x 5000 px and will not be lowered then 1000 x 1000 px unless certain types of order.REVISIONS
9. Customer has the right to ask for 3 revisions in the sketching phase when the sketch has been provided by the seller.10. Seller has the right to charge the customer if the customer has used their free revisions. New revision will be charged 5 USD per new revision otherwise no more new revision will be made and customer has to move to the payment phase of the order to the seller.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
11. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD via paypal.me link that the seller has provided during the payment phase.12. It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs when transfering the payment to the Seller.13. Payment is considered as received and completed only when Seller has recieved the email from Paypal itself or screenshot of the payment being provided by the customer after the transaction is done.REFUND POLICY
14. Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for 2 months after the previous progression has been done, or when Product has not been completed within 6 months. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.15. Customer obliges to contact the Seller in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of Customer will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the Product.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
16. The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes is prohibited by the Seller otherwise Customer has to contact the Seller for permission of the use of the final product. Extra fee will be charged if the Customer wishes the product to be used for commercial purposes.17. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space; Otherwise, Customer will be added to Seller's blacklist. !! You have been warned !!CANCELLATIONS
18. Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order. However, once payment has been made, Payment will not able to be refunded unless Seller has specified to do full refund to the Customer.19. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Any other behavior that makes the Seller uncomfortable will also may result in cancellation of the order. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.
